Overall very good condition.  Shows some sign of wear but mostly from storage as it does not appear used. Some pieces of cork are missing.  Some minor cracks or scratching to cork.  Some spotting to back board. Scratching and minor wear to plastic frame. Overall the colors are quite bright. Uncommon Kotter item.  Measures approx. 24.5 x 18.5.
