SHIPPING - DOMESTIC: Buyer to pay shipping & handling costs by USPS.  Least expensive mailing option will be used unless another type of service is requested by buyer. Please advise. If this item ships from our Bronx, NY warehouse, comparable UPS shipping service will be utilized.  Shipping costs to be confirmed at auction end. This item will be shipped insured.   A handling charge of 50 cents will be added to actual shipping charges (on calculated shipping).  If shipping charges paid are higher than amount paid, difference will be refunded.

 

SHIPPING - INTERNATIONAL: Final international shipping charge to be confirmed at time of auction end.   Please choose your shipping service carefully as 1^st Class International may not have tracking information available for all countries.  No items will be replaced or refunds issued on international shipping, so choosing Priority Mail International is definitely your better choice.   By choosing 1^st Class International as your service you agree to our terms and conditions and will not hold DPF Plumbing responsible for loss or damage to the package and items in it.

 

COMBINED SHIPPING CHARGES: Purchases from other DPF Plumbing auctions may be combined to save on shipping costs, but all items must ship from the same warehouse/manufacturer to be eligible.  Please contact us for combined shipping costs and eligibility before paying for purchase to ensure the best combined rate.

 SHIPPING LEAD TIME:  This item is expected to ship within 3 business days of receipt of payment.   Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days.

DOMESTIC PURCHASES: Payment must be received within 7 days of auction close. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or PayPal accepted. 

INTERNATIONAL PURCHASES:  Payment to be made by PayPal.  Payment must be received within 7 days of auction close.

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

RETURN POLICY:  Exchanges can be made (for same or comparable item, if available) for damaged items.  Contact must be made within 7 days of receipt of item.  This item may be returned for money back if in original packaging in undamaged, uninstalled condition.  Item may not have any wrench marks or show any signs of attempted installation.  Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges (both ways) and any fees that are incurred through  eBay or PayPal.  15% restocking fee will be levied on all returns.

ITEMS WITH FREE SHIPPING - TERMS: For any item that has FREE SHIPPING. Note that free shipping only applies to the contiguous 48 states….does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and international shipping.
