TERMS & CONDITIONS

Our business hours are Monday-Friday from 9am to 3pm.  We will respond to any questions or concerns in a timely manner during business hours and if possible during off hours as well.  Please note that Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are not considered business days.

On business days, orders placed before 3:00pm (USPS) or 1:00pm (UPS) will be shipped on the same day. Or, orders will be ship within 1 business day once payment completed.  Please give us an opportunity to respond and address any concerns before opening a dispute or leaving negative feedback.  We will always try our best for 100% customer satisfaction.

Please contact us through eBay messaging if you have any questions, comments, or concerns. It is in our best interest to reply to all eBay messages in a timely manner.

Domestic - Please allow 2-5 business days to receive your items. Depending on your location some shipments may take longer.

International – Please allow 14-28 days to receive your items.  We cannot be responsible for shipments held for customs clearance that may cause an additional delay in receiving your order.  Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.  Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying
