  • This pattern is for a Hoop skirt (cage crinoline) for the period about 1855-1862.

  • The crinoline is 126" in circumference at the hem, 36" in length and has 10 hoop wires to support the weight of heavy skirts (wires NOT included).

  • This pattern can be cut to fit all sizes.
