This listing is for a gorgeous antique Reed & Barton Sterling Silver low pedestal compote.
Beautiful chased floral and scroll design with pierced decoration on upper body, The center of the bowl has a scalloped edge with slight swirl beaded design. Scalloped upper border with design in high relief. Matching pierced and chased design on pedestal base.
Measures 3 1/4" high with the bowl being 8" in diameter and the base is 3 3/8" in diameter. Weighs 300 grams.
This fabulous compote is in excellent Estate condition. It is marked "Sterling" with the old Reed & Barton hallmark stamp and is numbered "A73".
