Über das Produkt
Die Fußschalter von Intratec bieten die perfekte Lösung für alle industriellen Umgebungen und Sicherheitsanwendungen. Sie ermöglichen das Bedienen von Maschinen bei völliger Bewegungsfreiheit des Oberkörpers. Sie werden auch oft an Maschinen eingesetzt, bei denen eine Betätigung von Hand baulich oder aus prozesstechnischen Gründen nicht möglich ist.
Die Fußschalter besitzen eine Schutzhaube aus robustem Kunststoff oder aus Aluminium, welche in den Farben grau, rot und gelb lieferbar sind. Das Unterteil wird ebenfalls aus sehr robustem Thermoplast Kunststoff gefertigt. Insgesamt stehen drei unterschiedliche Betätigungsvarianten zur Auswahl:
• Pedal ohne zusätzliche Schutzeinrichtung
• Pedal mit Sicherheitshebel
• Pedalverriegelung
Alle Fußschalter von Intratec besitzen einheitlich die Schutzart IP 65 und gewährleisten somit optimalen Schutz gegen Staub und Feuchtigkeit. Die Kabeleinführung ist insgesamt an 3 Positionen am Gehäuse möglich, standardmäßig jedoch mit einer Verschraubung auf der Rückseite des Gehäuses ausgeführt. Im Inneren des Gehäuses ist zum Schutz des Fußschalters und des Kabels eine Kabelzugentlastung angebracht. Auf der Unterseite des Gehäuses sorgen 4 rutschfeste Standfüße für den sicheren Halt auf jedem Untergrund. Sämtliche verwendeten Schrauben sind aus rostfreiem Material.

About the product
Intratec's foot switches offer the perfect solution for all industrial environments and safety applications. They enable the operation of machines with complete freedom of movement of the upper body. They are also often used on machines where manual operation is not possible due to structural or process reasons.
The foot switches have a protective cover made of robust plastic or aluminum, which are available in the colors gray, red and yellow. The lower part is also made of very robust thermoplastic material.
A total of three different actuation variants are available:
- Pedal without additional protective device
- Pedal with safety lever
- Pedal lock
All Intratec footswitches have a uniform IP 65 protection class, thus ensuring optimum protection against dust and moisture. The cable entry is possible at 3 positions on the housing, but as standard it is equipped with a cable gland on the back of the housing. A cable strain relief is fitted inside the housing to protect the foot switch and the cable. On the underside of the housing, 4 non-slip feet ensure a secure hold on any surface. All screws used are made of stainless material.
