No figures with the castle.
 is missing the drawer in the back of the castle that held the figures. Is missing any cords or instructions ,has batteries in it and it opens up when you turn it on and turn the switch in the front. The doors swing open on top and the hat goes up and down and the something flip and makes sounds.Check over carefully before buying to see if there is anything else missing, is sold as is.Missing the Hogwarts emblem above the door in paper.Scratches on the bottom of it.
Pretty cool little doll house, is 10" tall. Opens up and the bottom wings open up on the house. Is very detailed and should be lots of fun.
