* 30 days warranty from the purchased date.
* Only defective product will be offered exchange.
* We will pay for the shipping cost of resending items, while buyers are responsible for the postal cost of returning the items.
* Buyer is responsible for the return shipping charge for all situations, including factory's fault or damage via postal.
* Return items should include the original packaging and all accessories.
* Buyer should provide strong evidence (i.e. Photo, Video) to show the item is manufacturing defected.
* It is A MUST to contact us before returning the item(s). Return without our approval will not be processed.
* We will provide a Refund/Exchange Form. It is A MUST to complete the form and attached with the return item(s).
* All returned items MUST BE in the original packaging, with all components and accessories included (if any).
* We reject all USED/ OPENED item(s) for return.
* Any damage resulted from improper use or lack of maintenance will not be covered in this policy.
* All wearable parts (i.e. bumper, tires or engine) are also not covered in this policy.
* The final decision of Return/ Replacement is made by the Supplier/ Manufacturer. We are not involved in the whole return process.
* The maximum acceptance date is 14 days upon arrival (unless specify), with proper authorization;
* Returns are refunded through store credit only.
* Shipping & handling charges cannot be refunded in anyway.
