Mindy is brand new never removed from her box. She is factory tied down and still has the factory plastic band around her head. Please view all pictures listed as used because box shows some age. Still displays wonderful. Box shows bends-creases- and some minor edge wear or paint loss. I'm always critical as I want you happy before you purchase.
