We ship worldwide. However, if your country is not showing on the list or you are unable to see the shipping charges on the eBay system, please contact us and we will provide you with a shipping quote.

We strive to ship orders the same day as payment received. If payment reflects during the night, a weekend, or a national holiday, your order will be shipped the next business day.

Where an order is too large and does not fit the description of a standard parcel (your purchase requires special attention due to size, value, delivery requirements, customs clearance, etc.) shipment will be done as soon as it is conducive to do so (e.g. all conditions such as customs papers, location opening hours, forklifts, etc. are attended to).

We generally use FedEx for shipments within the EU, USA, and Canada. DPD is used for domestic shipments. For areas outside the EU, we use PostNL (Dutch postal service). Large, heavy items on pallets are distributed worldwide via airfreight, road, rail, or sea.

Where multiple items are purchased, shipping is consolidated to ensure your costs are minimized. Please email or call us regarding consolidated shipping charges.

We allow buyers to collect their items themselves. In this instance, no extra fees are charged (i.e. free in-store pickup). Where buyers collect their own items, payment needs to be done either via bank transfer or cash on pick up. We do not allow pickups if payment was through PayPal. All items paid via PayPal MUST be shipped. There are NO exceptions. Please call us or send a message via eBay in the event you wish to arrange a pickup, stating the date and time.

Shipping via DHL, FedEx, TNT, UPS, GLS, DPD, et cetera can be arranged on your account. Please make appropriate arrangements to this effect before making your purchase.

International buyers are responsible for all associated duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and any other additional tariffs or charges that may be incurred in the destination country.

We ship to Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Kazakhstan, and other CIS countries. Please let us know if you need a shipping quote. We speak Russian.

Payments via bank wire transfer, PayPal, or cash on pickup are accepted. Where payment is not completed within two days after purchase, an automatic case for non-payment is opened on eBay. This happens by default. Please let us know if you have changed your mind and wish to cancel your purchase. We have no problem with this. We have a 14-day cool-off period.

The price as shown on the listing included Dutch Vat of 21%. Please note people residing outside of the European Union are not liable to pay this VAT. European-based companies do not have to pay VAT if a valid VAT number is given to us (we need to validate this before proceeding with a VAT-free purchase).

We offer VAT-free invoices for all customers outside the EU and businesses from within the European Union (except for the Netherlands). If you need a VAT-free invoice, please make us an offer on eBay with the price excluding the 21% VAT in your total. Please also mention that you require a VAT-free purchase, and mention your VAT number (if applicable) in the instance of being from a European country. We need this information so as to correctly invoice you in order to avoid eBay fees on the VAT amount.

Please note that EU-based companies wanting to pick up their purchase(s) in person at our Rotterdam, Netherlands location, need to supply a copy of the receiver’s driving license, a photo of their vehicle’s number plate, and a signed CMR to prove the order has left the Netherlands

Purchases can be cancelled (we have a money-back guarantee) up to 30 calendar days from the order date. You are liable for shipping charges to you and the return of the items. Returned items need to be in exactly the same condition as when dispatched to you, and be well packaged. Credit for returned items is issued after the defective product is returned.

A 90-days warranty is provided for all our items. Defective items are replaced with the same item. Refunds are only given in the event a suitable replacement is not available.

The buyer must notify us in writing, either via e-mail or the eBay messaging system of any problems within the documented warranty period in order to qualify for either a replacement or refund.
