Very fine original chromolythography taken from the famous work about orchids "Dictionnaire iconographique des orchidees" written by Alfred Cogniaux and Alphonse Goossens published between 1896 and 1907.
The planches are all made on Goossens drawings, one of the most important and famous drawer of orchids.
Each chromolythograph is mounted in an elegant passe-partout.
