This auction is for a 1947 Utah Centennial blue transfer ware State plate designed for the National Governor's Conference designed by T. R. and N. W. Kingston in excellent condition. It is 10.25" in diameter, and was personalized for the Governor of Delaware, Walter W. Bacon.
