Tassel tail is made from premium Satin Wraps tissue paper and built on satin ribbon, decorative rope or twine with tassels 18" (45cm) length each. 
COLORS: any colors from color chart1.  and color chart2. No limit on number of colors. Just leave a note at the checkout in a SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS box or send us a message.
