Will be shipped in an outer box consisting of two 200 lb. crush test boxes securely joined together. Insurance is included in the shipping calculator total.

Insurance: All orders have insurance automatically included in the checkout/invoice total. This item will be fully insured through USPS.

Combined Shipping: When quantities greater than one are entered into a listing's shipping calculator, it will likely display a shipping charge that is higher than what will actually be charged. This overage may also appear during checkout with purchases of more than one item of the same item number, as well as multiple item number orders, if payment is made before an invoice is emailed. This happens because the system adds all the weights and packaging fees together. It cannot account for all the variables involved in multiple item orders.

Note that with all orders, there is no 'handling charge' - the shipping charge is only composed of our cost in freight, insurance (if applicable) and packaging materials. Please feel free to request a quotation for any combined shipping costs, be sure to include your zip code. An invoice will be delivered more quickly if the 'request total from seller' link is used. When two or more items are to be purchased, please request a total for your purchases to allow a combined shipping discount to be given. If payment is made before an invoice is sent, we will still refund the overage that was paid in shipping charges.

All items sold are described as accurately as possible. Returns will not be accepted unless the item was grossly misrepresented (for instance, if the wrong item number was sent or the condition is drastically different from that found within the description).

Note that if the item was sealed, it cannot be opened or tampered with. If these criteria are met, please allow an authorization to be sent to you, or the return will not be accepted. In the event of an issue please contact us immediately as returns must be sent out within 3 days of when they are received by the customer. Note that all items are carefully inspected, and matched against the listing before we ship them out. Returns will not be accepted if they show any signs of use, damage, or are not the exact same piece of merchandise that was sent to the buyer.
