BBQ Smoker
Introducing the Pisces BBQ smoker, its 2 separate chambers let you smoke or grill food either directly or indirectly. The main chamber has a large grill area, great for cooking food for all the family plus guests at the same time. An integrated cooking thermometer on the lid displays the temperature, which can be controlled by adjusting the vents. These vents let you regulate the oxygen supply in the cooking chambers, thus allowing you to increase or reduce the heat. Attached to the BBQ is a wooden work surface that offers space for plates and equipment to help when serving up the food. The Pisces BBQ Smoker is lightweight and mobile thanks to its compact frame and 2 wheels.

Upright Smoker
The Upright smoker consists of 3 levels of cooking surfaces, fuelled by conveniently placed charcoal pans. The base and mid level have underlying water pans to create the smoking effect and the lid has an internal hook system to enable you to hang food like fish and bacon for smoking.
The top located temperature gauge is easy to read and lets you monitor the temperature inside the smoker. An air dumper flap and 2 doors help to control the air flow inside the cooker and can be opened and closed to help control and regulate the air going through in order to increase or reduce the cooking temperature.

BBQ Tool Set (Available as an option with each smoker)
The BBQ tool set is tucked away neatly in a roll up holder that doubles as a handy apron. Tongs, spatula, a fork and a oven mitt sit in handy pockets that are secure when the apron is rolled up as well as when the apron is being worn, enabling easy access to the tools for the budding BBQ chef.
