I have a Brand Spankin' New Aftermarket Headlight that fits 2005-2006 ZX-636 models.  The headlight comes with all mounting tabs, pre-drilled holes, both rear headlight screw cap covers and wiring but do Not include bulbs.  The Headlight is manufactured from high quality ABS plastic that is injection moulded just like factory OEM headlights.
