Unique design with oversize hood and lapels with ornate lacey trim which can be worn open and over the shoulders, or fastened at the centre front with poppers. Zip closure with custom oversize skul zipper pull, complete with ruffled velveteen high collar. Unique pleated skirt featuring an elegant sheer floral lace trim around the hemline, complete with lace-up panel to the back to the waist for a perfect fit!
