Offered up for sale is this one-of-a-kind item- an actual prototype trading card (#4 from the 1981 Topps Raiders of the Lost Ark Line).  This is a pre-production card used in the fabrication process to make sure the card looks like it should before it is mass-produced. The back of the card is totally blank where the final card has writing to describe the scene on the front.  This card comes with a certificate of authenticity (COA) from Topps verifying that it is indeed an authentic prototype card released directly from their vault.  Paul Freeman, the actor who played Indy's nemesis Dr. Rene Belloq, signed this card at the 2015 Lexington Comic Show.  An additional COA is included to verify his signature.  This is the only card like this in the world!
