DURING extreme cold and hot weather Toppers Glue can come loose causing items to come loose. We do our best to avoid this but with the heat from USPS warehouses and your carriers car or truck. there really is nothing we can do. We do our best to pack your item safely. If your items is Damage during shipping, please let us know. We will do everything we can to work with you on a fast solution.

You as the buyer will be responsible for these charges. We try to ship items out within 48 hours of payment, but International orders can be held up in customs.
