Here is a piece of baseball history! Johnny Mize was a slugger who hit for a high average too. He played for the Cardinals from 1936 to 1941, the Giants from 1942 to 1948, and the Yankees from 1949 until 1953. Mize led the National League in home runs four times with a high of 51 in 1947. He won the batting title in 1939, and closed his career on 5 consecutive World Series championship teams in New York. He was elected to the Hall of Fame in 1981 and died in 1993.

This 8 by 10, glossy photo has Mize in his Yankee uniform, and has a nice clear "Best Wishes, Johnny Mize" signature. Contact us with any questions.
