Edmund Henry Garrett (1853–1929) was an American illustrator, bookplate-maker, and author as well as a highly respected painter renowned for his illustrations of the legends of King Arthur.
A few of the individuals:
Hiram Edmund Deats (1870–1963), of Flemington, New Jersey, was a philatelist especially acclaimed for his collection of revenue stamps.
Henry Alden Sherwin (September 27, 1842 – June 16, 1916) was one of the founders of the Sherwin-Williams Company in 1866. The company was named for both Sherwin and Edward Porter William.
John Fiske (March 30, 1842 – July 4, 1901) was an American philosopher and historian.
William Hall Walker, 1st Baron Wavertree (25 December 1856 – 2 February 1933) was a British businessman, politician, art collector, and an important figure in Thoroughbred racehorse breeding.
Dewitt Miller 1857 – 1911) was an educator, librarian, journalist, minister, orator, and book collector.
