Vintage Cast Iron Yellow Painted Taxi American Manufacture 2nd Hf 20th Century

Vintage cast iron yellow taxi cab cast iron toy car from an unknown American manufacturer, from the second half of the 20th century. Original yellow finish shows an open bottom and body with two axles, dark black wheels, and raised text on back hood "Taxi". Interior stamped "4".

Measures 8" Long x 2 3/4" Wide x 2 3/4" High.

Very good to excellent. Majority of paint remains, roughly 97%. Minimal signs of play. Strong painted wheels turn easily. Straight axles.
