100% Nylon, nice and shiny. Made in the UK. High cut with nike logo heat pressed on the right side. No inner slip. No drawstring. Waist elastic is still very strong.

The size on the tag is - 38-40. They do stretch to a 40" at the waist but they would be very tight. For comfort and decency I would say no bigger than a 36". 12.5" down the sides.

The measured size is - Waist 24" unstretched to 40" fully stretched.

The condition is Mint.
