Turkish evil eye protective wall charm.  Total legth of it is around 5 1/2". Eye shaped keychain is decorated with multiple plastic beads, 1 1/2" glass evil eye and black and purple color oval white and black plastic medallion.

Evil eye protective charms are believed to protect owners or house hold from bad luck, evil thoughts and jealousy/envy.  This particular item was handmade in Turkey, but evil eye protection concept is widely used all Mediterranean cultures.  Background of this belief goes all the way back to ancient Egyptian, Greek and Roman times.
