Waaay too many lost , mis-handled-unclaimed, stolen, resident unknown, moved, unable to deliver, mis-routed, canine present too dangerous to try & attempt delivery excuses & returned items over the past few years that we lose valuable money, & time in risking Loss!!!

The odds in this gamble are similarto playing black jack against the casino.

these odds to attempt to ship your order, therefore you need to read on so you can determine weather or not you really want to take the chance & order from us.

If you still decide to read on please understand that we are very very sorry for this policy that truly needs to be police enforced figuratively speaking so we do not incurr loss on this transaction.

For all the criminals out there prowling ebay for a sucker to ship your order & you then say you never got it, the nonchalantly open a dispute to your credit card, in ebay or even paypal, but in fact you really could have had your order delivered weather it was left on your door step, or the apartment above or below your house, or was taken by a so-called friend, ex girlfriend, ex lover & just plain lies or fraud we have heard enough stories!!!

A police report will be filed with the attorney generals office for all lost packages, & all cases will be thoroughly investigated by the fbi for mail fraud!

We are weeding out all the dis-honest ebay international buyers once & for all.

Due to all the lost packages sent internationally, we cannot take a chance & ship this item(s) to you VIA FIRST CLASS MAIL, OR PRIORITY MAIL to your country unless you agree to our terms below.

 Most of the time packages we ship do show as they are mailed as you can see from our feedback.

We will supply a valid scan/tracking# showing the item was shipped, but it will never show arrival in your country or delivery status for the low cost first class service.

NOTE: Only express mail, & DHL items will be insured with detailed tracking, & signature required.

We realize that express mail is expensive, & really not worth spending the extra money to get the part you ordered unless you really need it fast, & don't mind paying the HIGHER SHIPPING FEES

If you select first class mail, it can take from 6 days, all the way up to 60 days sometimes to arrive at worst case scenario.

We have taken too many monetary losses in the past, & will not incur financial loss because of mail problems.

You are hereby agreeing that you will not open a credit card dispute, leave negative feedback, or deny RageCams payment in anyway if the item(s)do not arrive to you.
  You are also confirming your FULL Name, COMPLETE mailing address, & contact phone# to ensure the safest delivery which we will always double confirm when printing your address on the label.
If you choose express mail/DHL, & your package does not show up, is lost, or damaged within 30 days, then RageCams will file an insurance claim, & refund you in full.

You are hereby confirming that shipments from RageCams to my country sent priority mail or first class mail can take up to 60 days, & are willing to stay with the service selected & payed for.

I also confirm that i was advised that the tracking# will never state that the package was delivered, only that it was scanned in the postal system, & in transit to me, & i will not email RageCams until the 60 day period is up, which then at that time RageCams will file a postal lost package claim, & me the buyer can go to my local customs office & complain to them that they are running a very shady business practice, & someone should investigate what is happening to all the lost packages sent via postal service.

I the buyer IS BOUNDED BY CONTRACTUAL TERMS ENTERS INTO THIS CONTRACT KNOWING THE SEVERE CONSEQUENCES HEREBY AGREE:

Its always best to encourage friends or family to order extra items so its worth it to ship express mail-DHL, & pay for the safest delivery you can get, & you can even buy in bulk & resell items locally that we supply for more than you paid originally FOR REAL, MAKE BIG $$$.
