Please note that free shipping is only free because it is included in the total price of item. That is the way ebay wants it so sellers have to do it this way in order to get our seller discounts. It is not free for sellers as each package of 3 oz or less costs a minimum of $3.64 to ship. I try to keep my prices as low as possible but also figured in is the price is; my cost of item, packaging and shipping supplies, ebay fees, paypal fees and taxes...all are included in the total price. If for any reason you might want to return an item because of a error on your part... the price of shipping will be deducted from total refund plus a 20% restocking fee.
