Size 144 mm x 76 mm. Limited quantity. This is only type 17 and it was printed on one side only. But
there were issued 18 different types in Kazakhstan in 2008. All
notes were placed in original booklet (folder) look at images bellow.
Banknote Factory of Kazakhstan cooperated with companies which have actively participated in the production of this printed sample: ARJO WIGGINS (FRANCE), GOZNAK (RUSSIA), LOUISENTHAL (GERMANY) and PORTALS (GREAT BRITAIN) which have provided paper for printing the sample. All types of paper contain features and propeties which are most modern and actual for the moment.
DE LA RUE (GREAT BRITAIN), JURA (HUNGARY) and KBA-GIORI (SWITZERLAND) companies have manufactured the intaglio plates for printing the sample. Each plate provided by the abovementioned companies, has its special technological solution and the way of manufacturing. DE LA RUE supplied plates made with the use of contemporary polymer nickel technology, KBA-GIORI used CTiP-Computer to Intaglio Plate technology and JURA - DLE-Direct Laser Engraving technology.
All inks, used for the manufacture of the given sample, have been produced by SICPA (SWITZERLAND).
The idea, design and development of the elements for the printed sample are created by the designers of the Computer Graphics subdivision of the Banknote Factory
