If your computer has an RJ45 COM port but your cable is a DB9 this adapter will let you connect them.  We use it to connect serial printers or customer displays to monitors and on our new micro computers where they use the RJ45 com port to save space.

Testing: All previously owned equipment is tested before shipment.


Shipping: We try and ship all orders within 24 hours of payment.  Cash Registers take longer to load software and are left running overnight.  We work in the warehouse Monday-Friday 8am to 4pm.


Returns: Contact us first Do not open a return on eBay,!  If for some reason you do not want or need the item you can ship it back for a refund minus our shipping cost, just include a copy of the packing list that was in the box when you received it.  If however the item does not work, we ask that you contact us first.  Most of the time it is something simple to solve over the phone.  If it is truly defective we will replace it at no charge or send you a label to ship it back.   Keep in mind we do test all returned equipment and if found working, we will only refund the cost of the item and not the shipping.  If the return is improperly packaged and arrives damaged, we will not issue a refund.
