Vintage Self Starting Horse Electric Clock Needs Repair. No Reserve

This is a Vintage Self Starting Horse with Western Clock in metal. It is very heavy.
Made Of Gold Gilded White Metal
Made By "United" Self Starting
Measures 17" x 11 1/4" x 5" weight 6 1/2 Pounds

The clock is not working. Not sure what is wrong if it is an easy fix, just don't have time for it. It is a very unique piece.
