00P6400          Here we have a brand new Ski Doo Safari GLX storage box latch this also fits the Elan engine hatch latch this is brand new from the original maker of this ski doo part. this is Ski doo part number 414147300  I also believe this will fit on many other ski doo models. this mounts on the elan hatch cover and keeps it help tight in place. This comes with both parts but most sleds you only have to drill out two pop rivets on the area above the engine cover and replace the top half this is the part that breaks on most old elans. these are brand new latches made by the same company that made these for Ski doo. not sure all the years of elan these fit? My elan is a 1973 and this works on mine. other places on ebay these are going for $25.00 if you can find these? get yours here for half the price. also consider buying two as you might need a back up one later. this might also fit ski doo elite and alpine models. the pop rivets you can get at a local hardware store.
