CODE: 743-60 Hot Wire Polystyrene Cutter
The wire quickly heats up by pressing the trigger, enabling intricate shapes to be
easily cut in expanded polystyrene.
Many uses such as: Shaping items for use as ballast in model boats, making
letters & numbers for displays & cutting polystyrene for DIY use.
Maximum depth of cut: 20cm. Throat opening: 5cm.
The cutter works from a 4.5v battery supply but be carefull as the hot wire does get hot! Spare wire is available and in stock in my shop.
This set includes the cutter, battery & a spare wire so you can start your project. All of these items are available seperately as standard stock lines in my shop.

DELIVERY TIME: We despatch our orders daily, Monday to Friday. All orders received before mid day will be processed and we will do our best to deal with those that come in after this up until 2.30pm. Those orders going out by courier for next day delivery do have a strict mid day cut off due to collection arrangements.
