This is a new spotted wrap dress by Just Blue.

Genuine classic wrap dress made from a spotted print stretch fabric. Tie fastenings around the waist and three quarter length sleeves. 

The length of the dress from the top of the shoulder measures 38 inches, the sleeve length measures 15 inches.
