UK CUSTOMERS Paypal is my preferred method of payment, Although We accept all major credit cards,Cheques in sterling,Postal orders or Bank to Bank transfer for security reasons do not send cash.

Goods will only be dispatched upon receipt of cleared funds if paying by cheque,

ITEMS WILL ONLY BE SENT ONCE FUNDS HAVE CLEARED .

POSTAGE

Items are only posted on Business days Monday - Friday any orders placed after the Friday cut off time will be sent on Monday.
MANY ITEMS ARE NOW POSTAGE FREE FOR UK CUSTOMERS

Otherwise postage cost are clearly marked with each item.

All items are sent with a certificate of posting, this is not an insured service, should you require insured service there would be an extra cost involved.

All refunds/exchanges must be arranged by prior agreement. Misleading listing Items may be returned for a refund if they are not as described. The item must be returned in the same condition it was received in order to qualify for a full refund. . Faulty or Lost Items may be returned if they are faulty. The item must be returned in the same condition it was received to determine the fault details. Items are wrapped and packaged with care. I will refund or exchange items in goodwill If the item is as described or not faulty then the cost of return postage must be met by the buyer.
