Return Policy
- If merchandise is defective we will supply you with a replacement.
- If the exact item is not available, we will substitute the item with a similar item of equal or greater value.
- Defective item or content discrepancies must be reported within 14 days of delivery.
- Returns must have all original packaging and accessories. Item must be shipped back in new condition and properly packed.
- ITEM / ORDER number is required for all returns.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance.

- Next Day Express Mail® is through special arrangement only.*

- Insurance. Buyers take the risk for shipping without insurance.
- We are unable to offer you the option of picking up your order as we ship from numerous warehouses nationwide.
- We do not combine shipping charges for multiple auction purchases.
