Thick but not too thick, fits like a glove,looks good and holds tight too.

I wasn't expecting much for another slip-on grip, bought the same sort previously for my Ruger 22/45 and wound up tossing it, it didn't grip right, looked ugly and slipped off. This one is a whole lot better. It grips the gun very tightly, and installing it is not hard especially if you use the enclosed alcohol swipe (which i only found AFTER i put the grip on but oh, well). I did not use any screwdrivers or the like to install since I'm pretty sure that would tear it, I just pulled it on and aligned the slots with the grooves on the handgrip. Makes the gun feel a lot smoother and less rough when using bare hands, fills the hand and gives a lot more secure hold on the gun. The appearance is not bad, it almost disappears when installed on the gun anyway and looks like it could be OEM. Love it, it's a good grip and priced right too.
