We love all of our instruments and musician’s tools, so what you buy from us is guaranteed to have been set-up, played through for quality control, and given special attention by our employees. New items may or may not come in the manufacturer’s box, as we do not have the space to store the boxes for the thousands of instruments, amps, and accessories that we have in our inventory. They are, however, still indeed new and come with the manufacturer’s warranty. If you want a stock instrument/item in the original box that hasn’t been touched since being assembled, please look towards big box stores. If you want a unique instrument that’s been tested, loved, and packed just for you, we’re the music store for you!
Returns: We have a 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.
Items are returnable within 14 days of you receiving your purchase. Returned NEW items must be in its original condition with no signs of wear. Returned USED items must be in the same condition as they were shipped. The buyer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items.
International Shipments: Our return policies for new and used gear also apply to international shipments. Please see any additional policies and information shipped with your package for more details.
Exceptions: There are NO returns select used items and BEST OFFER items. All returned woodwind or brass instruments incur a $10.00 sanitization/setup fee. Mouthpieces are NON-RETURNABLE.
