POLICIES
No returns or exchanges on open boxes of reeds.
If you receive a defective item we will gladly replace the defective product. All claims of damaged, unreceived, or misrepresented items must be made within 24 hours of delivery. Buyer is responsible for shipping defective items back for replacement.
All other returns are subject to a $6 restocking fee.
All orders are shipped with insurance.
