Here is a new Maxrad BMLPV430, 430-480 mhz, Low Profile Vertical UHF Mobile Radio Antenna. Unity Gain, 3 1/8 inches high. Black over Black bottom. Fits on the standard 3/4 inch Motorola style mount (not included). Maximum input power is 100 watts. Very wide band, covers the full 430-480 mhz spread. A really nice antenna, I use them myself!
