THIS LISTING IS FOR AN UNUSUAL PAIR OF CHINESE EXPORT SILVER SALT CELLARS DECORATED WITH TWO DRAGONS FACING A "PEARL".

ALTHOUGH WE ARE NOT EXPERTS WITH CHINESE SILVER WE BELIEVE THESE SALTS TO BE OF STERLING SILVER QUALITY. THE DRAGONS ARE EMBOSSED WITH NICE DETAILS. THE PEARL IN BETWEEN THE TWO DRAGONS HAS A LOVELY MONOGRAM "P". EACH SALT SITS ON THREE BALL FEET.

MEASURE 1 3/8" HIGH WITH A 1 5/8" TOP DIAMETER. EACH SALT WEIGHS 35 GRAMS FOR A COMBINED WEIGHT OF 70 GRAMS.

BOTH SALT CELLARS ARE IN EXCELLENT ESTATE CONDITION WITH NO NOTED FLAWS REFLECTING ONLY MINOR SIGNS OF NORMAL WEAR.

SALTS ARE MARKED WITH AN UNIDENTIFIED HALLMARK AND ANOTHER STAMP WITH INITIALS "N M".
