Postage & Shipping Information

All orders are dispatched on the same working day if purchased before 2:00pm.  Any orders placed after 2:00pm will be dispatched on the next working day.  We do ship worldwide and tracked postage charges are provided for each item and location. However, we can make HUGE SAVINGS when sending more than one product together outside the UK.  So, if you live outside the UK and are interested in purchasing more than one product, please do get in touch with us for an exact quote!

Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 30-day hassle-free returns policy. Faulty goods will be fully refunded; we will pay the return postage. Non-faulty goods must be returned within 30 days of despatch for a full refund or exchange. The cost of the goods will be refunded, so long as the goods are still in new/unopened condition. The return postage will not be refunded unless the reason for return is due to a mistake by ourselves.
