I usually offer a choice of shipping methods which will be available at checkout. PLEASE NOTE: If you select the “Special Delivery” option this service only delivers on weekdays, if posted on a Friday it will be received the following Monday, if you require delivery on a Saturday please contact me before purchasing so I can quote the correct postage cost.
Items paid for by 11am (10am on Saturdays) will usually be posted the same day. For Items purchased between 11am and 4pm (not Saturdays) I will endeavor to post the same day but they may be posted the following day. Items paid for after 4pm will usually be posted the following day.
International buyers please note – Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (courier) company or when you pick the item up – please do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
Shipping times quoted are estimates provided by the carriers however sometimes there can be delays and I can not guarantee delivery times. Once I have posted the item it is the responsibility of the carrier and no longer in my control. Items can not be considered to have gone missing until 15 days have elapsed for domestic mail or 28 days for international mail. If your item has gone missing I will not be able to start making a claim until this time has passed. Full refunds will be issued only when I have received the money back from the delivery company.
My shipping costs are based on the weight and dimensions of the item, including packaging, as per the UK Royal Mail published costs. They also include all packing materials used to ship your item.
I will gladly answer any questions you may have on my auctions if you email me. However once I have listed an auction I will not end it early or accept offers outside of eBay as I do not think this is fair on the other bidders. PLEASE DO NOT ASK.
