Condition is subjective so I list what I observe when reviewing the book.
Wear and tear to covers and edges, outside binding which also has cuts on binding and it's corners and definite shelf ware. Corners and edges of cover are worn. Soil on outside cover. Ends at last page which is blank and possibly missing blank page(s)in front if there were any but all written pages are there. Aged with light browned pages (although color may not show up accurately depending on computer) writing is easily read and has the scent of any of these aged books.
