30-Day DOA Warranty for functionality only. Warranty process is

issued RMA # with return address, once we received your returned product,

able. If we are not able to repair/replace the defective
product, we’ll issue full refund. IBM sells maintenance
agreement directly or through partners, the cost is very reasonable, seller
recommends buyers acquire IBM maintenance for the listed product.
