Return/Exchange Policy
We hope you will be 100% satisfied with your purchase, but if you are not satisfied for any reason, please do not hesitate to contact us for a quick and satisfaction solution.
1. Return/exchange is available if dresses are damaged, incorrect or have imperfection. All purchases must be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt of items and in brand-new condition as you received them.
2. Before you mail your item back to us, please contact us for return address and enclosed with your returned item -- item number, account ID and reason for return/exchange.
3. Buyer need to take care return postage and let me know when you return.
4. Dresses which have been worn, altered (must be no smoke scents, no makeup stains, no alterations) or customized dresses can not be returned or exchanged.
5. If it is not my fault,you just don't want it.All returned gowns will have a 30% restocking fees applied from the full purchase price of the gown. Any refused or non-deliverable merchandise will also incur a 20% restocking fees.
