These are a set of 18 Disc Wheel Stem Hole Covers. They are new. This size covers all wheel types in the discription. They are black. They stick Great and don't leave the sticky residue like tape Does. They will even stick if the wheel is covered in dew and I know tape won't do that. The little tab can be folded over to make it easier to remove in case of a flat, then you can put it right back on. THEY ALSO KEEP WATER OUT IN A RAIN STORM, IN A LONG RACE YOU CAN PICK UP A BUNCH OF WATER WEIGHT AND EXTRA WEIGHT SUCKS...
