Solid pewter statuette of Avon's Mrs. Albee awarded for the associate who had #2 in sales volume for the 1986-1987 sales year. Mrs. Albee is 8 inches tall including the base. The base has a metal plaque saying "Avon 100 1886 - 1986." She is very heavy. There's a solder line on her hat that appears to be part of the manufacturing process.
