Our current Dell product range includes PowerEdge servers, Networking switches, PowerVault, EqualLogic and Compellent storage arrays and Dell PowerVault tape drives and libraries. We also carry a smaller range of Cisco, NetApp and Juniper systems.

We can configure servers or SAN's to your requirements, usually from in house stock. All equipment is covered by a Manufacturer Guarantee or our own 12 Months Warranty unless otherwise stated. Telephone support is available direct to our engineers.

UK VAT Information

All ETB eBay prices include UK Mainland shipping and UK VAT at the current rate. A full VAT invoice is available on request. 
VAT will be deducted from EU shipments/payments on production of an EU VAT number.

Ex-VAT Payments

If you require to purchase excluding UK VAT, please contact us via eBay and we will create an offer for you ex-VAT. In accordance with eBay regulations, we must wait until after the transaction has taken place before we can request your VAT number. Once the transaction is complete and the VAT number has been provided and checked, we will be able to ship your order. If, after the transaction has been completed through eBay, a valid VAT number is not provided, we will need to cancel the order.

Free Shipping on all UK Mainland deliveries.

Dispatch Times:

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 1pm on the day of receipt. Items that require a build and configuration such as servers and storage arrays may take an extra 24 hours before shipping.

UK Shipping Times:

All UK parcel shipments are sent using Fedex next day service and are normally delivered the next working day (Monday to Friday excluding UK Bank Holidays).
Larger items that require shipping on a pallet are sent via a freight service on a 1-2 day service.

European, USA and Rest of World Deliveries:

All deliveries outside of the UK are shipped with Fedex International. For an estimate of shipping times on overseas purchases please contact us using the contact button at the top of this listing.

We make every effort to ensure that goods are delivered on time, however we cannot be held responsible for delays that are out with our control. Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Off-shore Islands and some parts of northern Scotland may take longer to arrive than mainland UK.

We deliver to a large number of countries throughout the world using the same courier services. Overseas deliveries may be subject to local import taxes or duties, which the customer shall be liable for.

All items are sold with the balance of manufacturer warranty or 12 months ETB return to base warranty unless otherwise stated.

Unwanted items may be returned within 14 working days of the date that the goods are received. Goods are returned at the customers cost.

All damaged items must be notified within 24 hours of receipt.

All returns should be shipped using packaging that will afford the item suitable protection whilst in the hands of the courier/postal service.
