Shipping Policy:
Shipping is Fast & Free on most BUY IT NOW listings. Orders received and paid in full before 12:00 noon EST (3:00pm Pacific) qualify for same day shipping. After said time, paid orders are subject to be shipped the follwing business day. We ship Monday - Friday only. All merchandise in this category weighing 8 oz. or less will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail. All packages over 8 oz. will be shipped USPS Media Mail. This would include bundles, if applicable. There is a shipping charge on AUCTION listings; it varies in price upon weight of the package. USPS Priority Shipping is offered on all listings. It is highly recommended for those customers who want to add extra protection to their purchase(s), as it is insured ($50 up to $100). All packages are securely wrapped and shipped in eBay branded air-jacket (bubble) mailers and cardboard boxes, respectively to size and weight, and are given extra cushioning if the customer requests. In addition, single cardboard mailers are also available upon request and are used by the discretion of the seller.
Hassle-Free 30-Day Returns
All merchasndise that is defective, damaged during shipping, or different from the description will be handled promptly and granted a replacement or refund (buyers choice). No drama, just solutions. Returns or exchanges may also be made on merchandise that is unopened, and factory sealed and is shipped back with all parts. There will be a 15% restocking fee applied.
There are absolutely NO Returns, Refunds, partial or full, or Exchanges for claims of damaged or imperfect slipcovers. Please ask to see a photograph of the item you wish to purchase. It will be carefully wrapped upon approval so no additional damage can be done to it. NO Returns, Refunds, or exchanges for expired Digital Codes. Digital Codes are not guaranteed to work from every listing. Inquire about expiration dates of codes before making a purchase. They often are valid past expiration date.
