Schuco #356177 Lotus Ford John Player Special Formula I Racer 1973 Germany 10 1/4" Long Near Mint With Box 

This is a Schuco #356177 Lotus Ford John Player Special Formula I Racer.  It is made of diecast metal with a tinplate metal base with plastic parts and was made in Germany beginning in 1973.   It is 10 1/4" long and has a clockwork motor with black rubber tires on gold, plastic hubs.  This model has working suspension, the steering is operable and the clockwork motor can be wound with a key ( original key included) or by pressing down and pushing forward on the racer to engage the wheel with hard rubber rim on the base. This model is in near mint condition. It works great and there are no cracks, breaks, repairs or no repainting.  The original box is in very good condition with some edge wear.  The original key is included.
