The multiple record setting "Sonic 1" built and driven by Craig Breedlove who waged an epic back anf forth battle for the Land Speed record in 1964-66 with rival Art Arfons in a similarly J79 powered car, Breedlove finally topping 600mph, Arfons suffering the worlds fastest car crash when a wheel bearing failed.
